Your choices matter.
Shopping and delivery
We use the details you provide to manage your account, orders, payments and delivery. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider, rather than stored by Designerhub.
Optional shop analytics
If you allow analytics, we record pages and products viewed, active viewing time, scroll depth, desktop hover time, clicks, bag activity and checkout actions. On-page copy and paste actions are counted, but clipboard contents, passwords, payment details and private form input are not recorded.
A random browser identifier helps connect visits from the same browser. After sign-in, consenting browsing sessions may be linked to your account. Device type, viewport, browser language, timezone and referral source help us interpret these events. We cannot reliably detect screenshots, identify every visitor across devices, or know whether someone is actually interested.
Posters and schools
QR and NFC links identify the poster you came from. Its installation location is registered by an administrator; we do not request your location. A school selection is used for delivery options and, with analytics permission, to understand store use.
Your controls
Use Privacy choices in the footer to accept or decline optional analytics. Turning analytics off removes this browser’s stored visitor record and associated event history. Order records needed for fulfillment remain. Account deletion and other privacy requests can be handled by the store administrator.
Referral cards and weather context
You can shop without registering a business card. Registering links that card and its referral code to your account. We retain referral orders, discounts, reward rules and payout records to run the program and reduce abuse. Your referrer sees their own earnings, not your contact details.
A referral link or registered card saves a cookie so its offer can follow you to checkout. The default window is 30 days, configurable up to 90 days; you can remove the referral at checkout. An unclaimed-card registration cookie lasts 24 hours.
With optional analytics, we record action times and compare browsing activity against weather and air-quality model estimates at the originating poster or your selected school. We do not request your GPS. Unknown locations remain unknown. Weather is supplied by Open-Meteo, CAMS and ECMWF; only the configured placement or school coordinates are sent to the provider. Monthly outlooks are uncertain forecasts, and these comparisons do not establish why a person bought something.
